What is the difference in the Extreme Paddles thermoformed process versus other manufacturer's cold press process?

We use gen 3 thermoforming process which basically means that it is a unibody construction in which the paddle is completely wrapped in carbon fiber and heat pressed together in a mold to build the strongest and most powerful paddle possible.  The other cold press method is weak and the layers which were stuck together with glue will delaminate over time.  These have also been known to snap at the handle due to weaker design. 

What type of core is used in our paddles?

We use an advanced polypropylene honeycomb core which gives the most consistent touch, a soft feel, and is quieter than the loud Nomex core and more durable than the weak aluminum core.  Our core is designed for the optimum dwell time which gives you the accuracy to put the ball where you want it.  Your dinking will be on another level now.

What is the warranty on our paddles?

We have the best warranty in the business.  If there are any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, we will replace the paddle.  We want you to love our products and strive to produce the best quality paddles on the market.  We cannot replace paddles that are damaged by abuse, modified, have normal wear and tear of textures or graphics, or have damaged edge guards.

What is the face material of the paddle?

We use only the best face materials.  Our paddle is made with Toray T700 raw carbon fiber for the most durable and grittiest surface legally allowed.  This is what gives our paddles the power to drive past your opponents, blazing serves, and put the ball away with overhead slams.  It is also the surface that grips the ball and puts the highest RPMs of spin possible to keep those hard shots in the court.
